Subscriptions at a glance
BearyEats offers a subscription with a free trial. Here’s how it works:
- Prices and trial length are shown in the app before you subscribe, in your local currency.
- Monthly and yearly plans are available; the yearly plan lowers the effective monthly cost.
- Cancel anytime. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
- Billing is handled by the Apple App Store. BearyEats never sees your card details.

Response times
We answer support email Monday to Friday and aim to reply within 1 business day. Privacy and account deletion requests are completed within 30 days, sooner where required by law. Replies outside business hours, on weekends, and on public holidays may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
Quick troubleshooting

These steps fix most issues in under a minute. If the problem continues, please contact bearyeatssupport@gmail.com.

Restart the app
Close BearyEats fully (swipe it away from the app switcher) and reopen it. This clears most temporary glitches.

Update to the latest build
Open TestFlight (or the App Store once released), find BearyEats, and install any pending update. Many fixes ship in the latest build.

Check camera permission
Settings → BearyEats → Camera. Camera access is required for barcode and label scanning and meal photos.

Check your connection
Scanning, ingredient analysis, and meal estimates need the internet. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then re-run the scan.

Restart your device
If the problem persists after a restart, please contact us with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a brief description.
Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are sold and managed by the store you bought from. We can’t bill, charge, or refund directly.
- Manage or cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BearyEats.
- Restore purchases: open BearyEats → Paywall → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Refunds: requested through the Apple App Store, under its refund policy. Email bearyeatssupport@gmail.com if you need help locating your receipt.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, in two ways:
- Open BearyEats → Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Email bearyeatssupport@gmail.com from the email on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. See the Delete Account page and Privacy Policy for what is deleted and the limited records we may retain.
